• Bev will join you three hours before the ceremony and be available to you throughout the ceremony and reception. Whatever your needs or those of your bridal party, our staff is there to help.
• While Bev is at the photo shoot or ceremony site, another member of our staff checks the reception setup. We are a team working to make your day relaxed, joyful and problem free. We can be in two places at once. During the ceremony, you know someone is a step ahead double checking every detail.
